Recalibrate wear detection if the glasses react inconsistently or Bluetooth disconnects happen more often than expected.

Wear detection is inaccurate

Fix slow or unresponsive Memo by checking the app connection, language settings, network, and battery.

AI Assistant is lagging or unresponsive

Fix photo or video import problems by checking capture, file detection, and the temporary Looktech Wi-Fi connection.

Media import failed

Charge the glasses first if needed, then use the Capture Button sequence to put them back into pairing mode.

Manually entering pairing mode

Power on the glasses, make sure they are in pairing mode, and keep them close to your phone if the app cannot find them.

Glasses not showing up in the Looktech app

Reset Bluetooth, check phone permissions and Wi-Fi, then retry pairing or reset the glasses if pairing still fails.

Device found but pairing failed

Reconnect the audio Bluetooth link if the app shows Connected but music or call audio does not play through the glasses.

Connected but no sound from glasses

Keep the phone on stable Wi-Fi and the app open, then restart the app, glasses, or router if a firmware update fails.

Firmware update failed

Restart the glasses, refresh Bluetooth and the app, or fully unpair and reconnect if previously paired glasses stop reconnecting.

Paired glasses can't connect to the app

Fix common setup, Bluetooth connection, media import, and update issues.
