If the app says your glasses are connected but audio still plays from your phone, the data connection may be active while the audio Bluetooth connection is not.
Reconnect the audio connection
Close the Looktech app completely.
Reopen it and let the glasses reconnect.
Try playing audio again.
If there is still no sound:
Open your phone's Settings -> Bluetooth.
Find Looktech AI Glasses under My Devices.
Tap the device name once to reconnect the audio connection.
Try audio playback again.
If the problem continues:
Turn the glasses off by holding the AI Button and Capture Button together for 3 seconds.
Press the Capture Button once to turn them back on.
Reconnect to the app and test audio again.
Audio connection behavior
The glasses use two Bluetooth connections:
BLE for app status and device control
classic Bluetooth for audio such as music and calls
If only the BLE connection is active, the app can still show Connected, but sound will not play through the glasses.
