Sometimes the Looktech app may show your glasses as Connected, but when you play music, the sound does not come through the glasses.
How to Fix
Restart the connection
Close the Looktech app completely.
Reopen the app and let it reconnect to your glasses automatically.
Try playing music again.
Reconnect via Bluetooth
If the sound still doesn’t play through the glasses:
Open your phone’s Settings → Bluetooth.
Under My Devices, find Looktech AI Glasses.
Tap the device name once to reconnect.
After reconnecting, try playing music again. The sound should now come from the glasses.
Restart the glasses
If the issue persists, restart your glasses:
Press and hold both the AI Button and Capture Button for 3 seconds to power off.
Press the Capture Button once to turn them back on, then reconnect to the app.
Why This Happens
Your glasses use two types of Bluetooth connections:
Low Energy Bluetooth (BLE): Used for the Looktech app and device status. This connection may still show as “connected” in the app.
Classic Bluetooth: Used for audio, such as music and calls. Sometimes this connection does not complete on the first try.
When only the BLE connection is active, the app will display “connected,” but music will not play through the glasses. By tapping the device name under My Devices, you re-establish the classic Bluetooth connection, enabling audio playback.
