If your glasses were paired before but no longer reconnect to the app, work through these checks in order.
Make sure the glasses are on
Press the Capture Button once.
if the glasses take a photo, they were already on
if nothing happens, they should power on and the indicator should light up
Restart the glasses
Hold the AI Button and Capture Button together for 3 seconds to power off.
Press the Capture Button once to power on again.
Charge the glasses if there is no response
If the glasses still do not react, charge them for at least 20 minutes with the charging clip or charging case and then try again.
Refresh Bluetooth and the app
turn Bluetooth off, wait about 5 seconds, and turn it back on
close the Looktech app completely and reopen it
keep the glasses as close as possible to your phone
stay away from other Bluetooth devices that may interfere
make sure Bluetooth and network permissions are enabled
Restart your phone
If the connection still does not return, restart the phone to refresh Bluetooth and background services.
Unpair and connect again
If the steps above do not help:
In the Looktech app, tap the glasses on the Home page to open Device Settings.
Go to General and tap Unpair.
Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, find Looktech, open the info menu, and choose Forget This Device.
To put the glasses back into pairing mode:
Press the Capture Button 3 times quickly until the light turns solid blue.
Within 10 seconds, press and hold the Capture Button for 5 seconds until the light flashes blue rapidly.
Then reopen the app and pair again.
