AI Assistant is lagging or unresponsive

Fix slow or unresponsive Memo by checking the app connection, language settings, network, and battery.

If Memo is slow to respond or does not react, the most common causes are a missing app connection, mismatched language settings, or an unstable network.


Run the basic checks

Confirm the glasses are connected

Memo only works when the glasses are connected to the app.

  • Open the Looktech app and check the Home screen.

  • If the status shows Not Connected, reconnect the glasses first.

  • If reconnection fails, restart both the app and the glasses and try again.


Check the selected language

  • Open Settings -> Language in the app.

  • Make sure the language Memo is listening for matches the language you are speaking.


Check the network connection

Memo needs internet access for AI requests.

  • Make sure your phone has a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

  • If the signal is weak, switch networks or move to a location with better coverage.


Check battery and listening conditions

  • Make sure the glasses have enough battery.

  • Reduce strong background noise when possible.


Report the issue in the app
