AI Assistant is lagging or unresponsive

If your Memo AI assistant is slow to respond or doesn’t react at all, here’s how to troubleshoot:

1. Confirm Glasses Are Connected

Memo only works when your glasses are connected to the app.

  • In the Looktech app, check the Home screen

  • If the status shows Not Connected, reconnect via Bluetooth

  • Try restarting the glasses and the app if the connection fails

2. Check Language Settings

Memo can only understand and respond when the voice input matches the selected language.

  • Go to Settings → Language in the app.

  • Make sure the language you speak matches the one selected for Memo.

3. Check Your Network Connection

Memo relies on internet access to process AI tasks.

  • Make sure your phone has a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

  • Poor or lost internet may cause delays or no response at all.

  • You can try switching networks or moving to a location with better signal.

4. Final Tips

  • Ensure your glasses have enough battery

  • Avoid background noise that may interfere with the microphone
