If the firmware update for your Looktech AI Glasses fails, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Check Network Connection
Make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Avoid switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data during the update.
If the connection is unstable, move closer to the router or restart your Wi-Fi.
2. Keep the App in the Foreground
The update process must run while the Looktech app remains open.
Please don't lock the screen or switch to other apps until the update is complete.
3. Restart the App and Glasses
If the update still fails:
Close the Looktech app completely and reopen it.
Restart your glasses:
Press and hold both the AI Button and Capture Button for 3 seconds to power off.
Press the Capture Button once to turn them back on.
Try the firmware update again from the app.
4. Restart Your Network
If the issue continues, please restart your router or switch to another stable Wi-Fi network, then retry the update.
