1. Install the App
Download the Looktech App by searching for "Looktech" in the App Store or Google Play. Or download the app from this link.
To ensure a smooth setup, make sure your phone meets the following system requirements:
- iOS 17 or later
- Android 10 or later
2. Create Your Looktech Account
The app supports several methods for signing up:
Email: Enter your email address and verify it via email.
Third-Party Login: You can also sign up and log in directly using your Google or Apple account.
After creating your account, you will proceed to the device connection process.
Different login methods create separate accounts. Membership, credits, and chat history are not shared across accounts. Please remember which login method you used to avoid losing access to your data.
3. Power on the Glasses
Press the Capture Button shortly to power on the glasses. Wait for a few seconds, the working indicator will turn on and flash blue.
If the indicator doesn't light up, please charge the glasses for 15 minutes by connecting with the charging clip and cable, or put them back in the charging case.
The indicator will turn orange when it's charging. When it's fully charged, the indicator lights green.
4. Pair Your Glasses
After you power on the glasses, the glasses will enter pairing mode automatically as the indicator flashes blue. Keep your glasses close to your phone within 1ft, the app will search for your glasses automatically.

6. Personalize Your AI Assistant
After setup, go to Settings in the app to customize how Memo behaves.
Personality:
Choose how you want Memo to respond: friendly, humorous, short & direct, or detailed & thoughtful.
Main Language:
Currently supports English. More languages (including Chinese, Japanese, and more) are coming soon.
