Follow these steps the first time you set up your Looktech glasses.
Install the Looktech app
Download the Looktech app from the App Store, Google Play, or the official download page.
Your phone should meet these requirements:
iOS 17 or later
Android 10 or later
Create your Looktech account
You can sign up with:
email
Google
Apple
After you create your account, continue to device setup in the app.
Important: different sign-in methods create different accounts. Membership, credits, and chat history do not transfer between them, so make sure you remember which method you used.
Power on the glasses
Press the Capture Button once.
Wait a few seconds for the working indicator to turn on and flash blue.
If the indicator does not light up, charge the glasses for at least 15 minutes with the charging clip and cable or by placing them in the charging case.
Charging indicator meanings:
orange: charging
green: fully charged
Pair your glasses
After you power on the glasses for the first time, they should enter pairing mode automatically and flash blue.
For the best pairing result:
keep the glasses close to your phone, ideally within about 1 foot
stay in the app during setup

Personalize Memo
After setup, open Settings in the app to adjust how Memo behaves.
You can customize:
Personality: friendly, humorous, short and direct, or detailed and thoughtful
Language: choose the language Memo uses in Settings
