If you need to remove your Looktech AI Glasses and pair them again, follow the steps below to unpair them completely from both the app and your phone.
1. Unpair In The Looktech App
Tap the glasses on the Home page in the Looktech app.
Tap General in the settings.
Select Unpair to disconnect the glasses from the app.
2. Forget The Device In Bluetooth Settings
Open your phone’s Settings.
Go to Bluetooth.
Find Looktech AI Glasses under My Devices.
Tap the ⓘ icon next to it and select Forget This Device.
The glasses are now fully unpaired with the app. You can reconnect to the app again if needed. Before reconnecting, follow the steps in this article to enter pairing mode manually.
