If you experience a problem while using your Looktech AI Glasses or the Looktech app, you can easily report it to our support team. Your feedback helps us improve both the product and Memo’s performance.
1. Report an Issue in the App
Go to Settings → Report an Issue.
Describe what happened in as much detail as possible (for example: when it occurred, what function you were using, and any error messages).
You can also attach screenshots or photos if needed.
Our support team will review your report and get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Give Feedback on Memo’s Responses
In the Chat section, each answer from Memo has a thumbs-down (👎) button below it.
Tap the thumbs-down icon if Memo misunderstood your question, gave an incorrect answer, or you simply didn’t like the response.
This feedback helps us improve Memo’s understanding and personalization.
