Factory reset returns your glasses to their original state and erases data stored on the device.
Use it when you want to start over, hand the glasses to someone else, or troubleshoot a connection problem that basic steps did not fix.
Reset from the app
Use this method if the glasses are still connected to the app.
Make sure the glasses are powered on and connected.
Open the Looktech app.
Go to Device Settings -> General.
Tap Factory Reset.
Confirm the reset in the app.
After the reset, return to the home page and follow the setup flow again if needed.
Reset with the AI Button
Use this method if the app cannot connect to the glasses.
Quickly press the AI Button 5 times. The indicator turns solid red.
Within 10 seconds, press and hold the AI Button for 5 seconds.
Keep holding until the red light starts flashing.
Important:
do not release the button before the red light flashes
do not press other buttons during this process, or the reset will stop
When the reset is complete, the indicator flashes blue and the glasses are ready to pair again.
