We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Looktech account and any associated information, you can do so at any time by following the steps below.
How to Manage Your Data or Account?
You can manage or permanently remove your data directly in the Looktech app. Follow the steps below to choose between Delete Data and Delete Account.
Where to find it
Open the Looktech app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Data Controls.
Choose Export Data, Delete Data, or Delete Account.
Export Data
Tap Export Data to receive a copy of your information.
Includes chat history and transcript summaries of your recordings
You will receive a download link via email
Processing may take a few days
Delete Data
Tap Delete Data to wipe your personal data but keep your account.
Permanently deletes chat history and audio recordings from our servers
The request is processed within a few days
This action cannot be undone
Delete Account
Tap Delete Account to close your account and remove associated data permanently.
Deletes your account, usage history, and settings
The request is processed within a few days

Before you proceed
Export anything you want to keep (photos, videos, chat logs)
Use a stable network so your request submits successfully
After deletion, you may need to re-pair your glasses when you use the app again
