How to delete your account and data

Export your data, delete stored data, or permanently delete your Looktech account from Data Controls in the app.

Use Data Controls in the Looktech app to export your data, delete stored data, or permanently delete your account.


Where to find these controls

  • Open the Looktech app.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Tap Data Controls.

  • Choose Export Data, Delete Data, or Delete Account.


Export your data

Use Export Data if you want a copy of your information before deleting anything.

  • includes chat history and transcript summaries of recordings

  • sent by email as a download link

  • may take a few days to process


Delete your data

Use Delete Data if you want to remove personal data but keep the account itself.

  • deletes chat history and audio recordings from Looktech servers

  • may take a few days to process

  • cannot be undone


Delete your account

Use Delete Account if you want to close the account completely.

  • deletes your account, usage history, and settings

  • may take a few days to process

  • cannot be undone


Review what deletion removes

  • Export anything you want to keep, such as photos, videos, or chat history.

  • Use a stable network connection when you submit the request.

  • If you use the app again later, you may need to pair your glasses again.
