Looktech Credits are shared across AI-powered features in the app and glasses, including translations, notes, recordings, Memo, and other AI services shown in the app. Your membership affects how many Monthly Credits you receive, and you can review your current balance in Settings -> Credits.
Membership and Credits
Your membership level determines your Monthly Credits:
Free: no Monthly Credits
Memo Lite: 500 Monthly Credits in months when your Looktech glasses were connected
Memo Plus: 1,500 Monthly Credits
Memo Pro: 2,500 Monthly Credits

Credit usage
Credits are used for AI-powered features such as:
translations
notes and recordings
chats with Memo
other AI services shown in the app
Basic device controls do not use Credits.
Check your Credits balance
Open the Looktech app, then go to Settings -> Credits.
Monthly Credits and Bonus Credits
Monthly Credits come from your membership. Bonus Credits may come from rewards, feedback programs, or other activities. Tap Monthly Credits or Bonus Credits to check their source and expiration date.
Credit activity
Credit activity shows when Credits were added or spent. Use it to check whether a recent Memo, note, recording, or translation used Credits.
When Credits run out
If your Credits run out, AI features that use Credits may not start or may stop during use. This can affect Memo chats, translation sessions, and Notes or recording processing. Saved audio files and notes are not removed, but transcription, summaries, retries, or new sessions may need enough Credits to continue.
Memo may switch to Memo Mini for basic chat and Looktech product help. Memo Mini is a limited Memo experience, so it does not replace translations, Notes processing, recordings, or advanced Memo abilities such as long-term memory, reminders, weather, web search, and personal history.
To keep using AI features that need Credits, go to Settings -> Subscription to review or upgrade your membership. You can also go to Settings -> Credits to check your balance and recent Credit activity.
Running out of Credits does not automatically take you to a purchase page.
Buying more Credits
Buying more Credits is coming soon. The current version does not support buying Credits separately, topping up Credits, or purchasing credit packs.
