How to contact us

Use Contact us in the Looktech app for support, send Memo feedback from chat, or use email only if you cannot access the app.

If something goes wrong with your Looktech glasses or the Looktech app, use Contact us in the app whenever possible.


Contact us in the app

  • Open the Looktech app.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Tap Contact us.

  • Describe what happened.

Include as much detail as you can, such as:

  • when the problem happened

  • what feature you were using

  • any error messages you saw

If helpful, attach screenshots or photos before you send the message.


Give feedback on Memo responses

If the problem is related to an answer from Memo, you can send direct feedback from the chat.

  • Open the Chat section.

  • Find the Memo response you want to give feedback on.

  • Tap the thumbs-down button under that response.

Use this when Memo misunderstood your question, gave an incorrect answer, or responded in an unhelpful way.


Use email only if you cannot access the app

If you cannot open the app or sign in, email [email protected].

Include:

  • a short description of the problem

  • your phone model and app version

  • screenshots, if available

Specific details help the team understand what happened and respond faster.
