If the glasses stop responding, restart them from the app first. If that is not possible, restart them with the hardware buttons.
Restart from the app
Open the Looktech app.
Go to Device Settings -> General.
Tap Force Restart.
Wait for the glasses to restart.
Restart with the buttons
Use this if the app cannot control the glasses.
Press and hold the AI Button and Capture Button together for 3 seconds to turn the glasses off.
Press the Capture Button once to turn them back on.
