Use Subscription when you want to upgrade to Memo Pro, restore a purchase, or manage an active subscription.
Compare Free, Lite, and Pro
The app shows your current level as Free, Lite, or Pro.
Free: the basic level. It does not include Monthly Credits.
Lite: the membership level activated after you connect Looktech glasses. It includes 500 Monthly Credits. Each month, Credits are issued only if your glasses were connected during that month.
Pro / Memo Pro: the paid subscription level. It includes 2,500 Monthly Credits and the Pro benefits shown in the app.
Prices, billing periods, discounts, and available upgrade options are shown in Subscription and by the store on your phone.
Open Subscription
Open the Looktech app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Subscription.
Upgrade to Memo Pro
If Memo Pro is available for your account, choose the plan you want and follow the purchase flow in the store on your phone.
Restore or manage Memo Pro
If you already bought Memo Pro but it is not showing on this phone, use Restore purchase.
If you already have an active subscription, use Manage subscription to change or cancel it in the store where you subscribed.
Check Credits after a change
After a successful upgrade or restore, the app refreshes your membership and Credits data. To review your updated balance, go to Settings -> Credits.

If Subscription does not work
If Subscription does not load, the purchase does not complete, or restore purchase does not update your plan, check your network connection and try again later.
