Why Credits Matter for Your Glasses？
Your Looktech AI Glasses are more than just eyewear — they have voice control and an AI assistant you can talk to naturally.
Every time you ask Memo (your AI assistant) a question, search for something, or use AI-powered features, your glasses connect to a powerful AI model to get you the best answer.
Running these AI models requires Credits. Think of Credits as your monthly fuel for AI features.
How Membership Works？
Every Looktech AI Glasses owner automatically becomes a Lite Plan member. In Settings, tap “Upgrade” to subscribe to the Pro Plan: $20/month or $200/year.

Important:
Unused Credits expire in 30 days.
Lite Plan and Pro Plan do not stack — if you upgrade to Pro Plan, your Pro Plan Credits replace Lite Plan Credits for that month.
How are Credits Used？
Credits are only spent when you use AI-powered features.
Here are some examples:
Chat with Memo – Ask anything and get an AI-powered answer, which costs 1 credit for one round of chat.
If you ask Memo to do plant recognition, food calorie analysis, online search, or weather inquiry, it costs 2 more credits.
Other basic features like taking photos, controlling music, and adjusting volume do not use any Credits.
Where to See Your Credits in the App？
To check your Credits:
Open the Looktech App.
Go to Settings → Credits.
You’ll see:
Monthly Credits – Your regular membership credits for the month
Bonus Credits – Extra credits from activities, promotions, or future credit packs
Credit Activity History – A list showing when you earned or spent credits, and how
What Happens When You Use All Your Credits？
Memo is your full-powered AI assistant, who is quick, detailed, and ready to help you with everything from deep research to complex tasks. When you have Credits, Memo is in the best form, sharp, energetic, and fully equipped.
When your Credits run out, you’ll still be able to chat with Memo Mini — Memo’s lighter, younger self. Memo Mini keeps the conversation going in a friendly, to-the-point style, just at a calmer pace.
You can also continue to use these credit-free features:
Device controls (volume, play, photo)
Wake your phone’s voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, etc.)
How to Earn More Credits？
Right now, you can get Credits in two ways:
Monthly Membership Credits – Lite users get 500 Credits/month, Pro users get 2,500 Credits/month.
Activity Rewards – Join community activities like sharing photos, giving feedback, or participating in special events to earn extra Credits.
In the future, we may offer Credit Packs for purchase, so even Pro members can top up if they use a lot more AI features than usual.
